Lead lists of Australian businesses that still need a website.

Scraped from Google Places, filtered to no-website listings only. Business landlines, nothing personal. Delivered as a CSV within an hour. Refreshed every month.

No personal mobiles. No LinkedIn guesses. Privacy Act compliance is enforced at the scraper level, not promised at checkout.

Five packs at launch

🔧 Tradies — ACT ☕ Cafes & Restaurants — Melbourne ✂️ Hair & Beauty Salons — Brisbane 🧾 Accountants & Bookkeepers — NSW 🏋️ Gyms & Fitness Studios — Sydney

How it works

Scrape. Filter. Deliver a list of real businesses with no website on file.

Every pack starts at Google Places. Paddock pulls public business listings for a specific niche and region — tradies in the ACT, cafes across Melbourne, salons in Brisbane, accountants across NSW, gyms in Sydney — and runs a single filter: does this listing have a website field? If it does, it's out. If it doesn't, it stays. That's the list.

The filter runs at the scraper level, not at checkout. So does Privacy Act compliance. Business landlines only — any sole practitioner whose only listed contact is a personal mobile number is excluded before the CSV is generated, not flagged as a disclaimer at the bottom of the product page. The phone column is either a business number or the row doesn't exist.

Each pack refreshes once a month. The filename carries the date — tradies-act-2025-07.csv — and old months stay accessible. That means you can pull last month's pack alongside this month's and immediately spot which businesses finally built a site. The ones that haven't are still warm.

The data has limits and we say so upfront. Hospitality closes fast — some Melbourne cafe entries will be businesses that shut between refreshes. Some Brisbane salon rows will be chair-renters Google listed as a standalone business. Some ACT tradies will have built a site the week after the scrape ran. A quick search before you dial costs nothing. We'd rather tell you that now than wait for a refund request.

What changes for you

  • No prospecting hours wasted

The list arrives filtered and ready to dial or drop into your CRM. You didn't have to build it.

  • Every number is a business number

Privacy Act compliance is baked in at the scraper. Business landlines only — no guessing, no grey areas.

  • Monthly refresh keeps the pipeline moving

Old months stay accessible. Cross-reference them to see who finally got a site — and who's still wide open.

Stale-data risk is disclosed on every product page. If row count comes in below the tier you paid for, full refund or credit within 7 days.

What's inside every pack

Clean data. No noise. Ready to dial.

Every Paddock CSV is built the same way — scraped from public Google Places data, filtered hard, and delivered to your inbox. Here's what you get.

01

Scraped from Google Places

Public business listings only. Australian businesses filtered by niche and region. No scraping of personal profiles, no guessing at contact details.

Source: Google Places API — website field empty filter applied at scrape time.

02

Filtered to no-website only

If a listing has no website field filled in, it's in. Everyone else is out. The shortlist arrives ready to dial or drop straight into your CRM.

No manual sorting needed — the filter runs at scrape level, not after the fact.

03

Business landlines only

No personal mobile numbers. No personal emails. No LinkedIn guesses. Privacy Act compliance is enforced at the scraper level — not promised at checkout.

Sole practitioners listing a mobile-only number are excluded by design.

04

Refreshed monthly

Every pack refreshes once a month. Old months stay accessible — useful for tracking which businesses picked up a website since the last pull.

Filename pattern: {"{niche-slug}-{YYYY-MM}.csv"}

05

Row counts by tier

Prices scale with list size — under 500 rows / 500–2000 rows / 2000+ rows. Pay for what you get. If the row count comes in below the tier you paid for, full refund or credit within 7 days.

Email refunds@paddock.com.au with your order ID.

06

Eleven CSV columns, nothing more

One row per business. No filler columns, no phantom fields. Exactly what you need to dial, import, or cross-reference.

business_name category suburb state postcode phone address place_id rating review_count last_verified
07

Stable Google Place IDs

Each row includes Google's stable place_id. Safe to store long-term and cross-reference against the Google Business Profile to check owner activity — handy for tracking who's been claimed since your last pack.

Useful for comparing month-on-month which businesses are still unowned.

08

Subscription or one-off

Subscribe to get each month's update at no extra cost, or buy once for a single pull. Either way, the CSV lands in your inbox within an hour of payment.

No lock-ins on subscriptions. Cancel any time before the next billing cycle.

How it works

Pick a pack. Download a CSV. Start dialling.

No account setup. No dashboard. No drip campaign. You get a clean CSV of Australian businesses that don't have a website — ready to dial or drop into your CRM.

01

Choose your niche and region

Five packs at launch: Tradies ACT, Cafes & Restaurants Melbourne, Hair & Beauty Salons Brisbane, Accountants & Bookkeepers NSW, and Gyms Sydney. Pick the one that matches who you're pitching to. More niches and regions are coming — if coverage is patchy, we'll say so on the product page.

02

Pick a tier and pay

Packs are priced by row count — under 500, 500–2,000, or 2,000+. Pay for what you use. If the actual row count comes in below the tier you paid for, you get a full refund or credit within 7 days. Subscribe monthly to get each update automatically, or buy once for a single pull.

03

CSV lands in your inbox

Within an hour of payment, your file arrives — named {slug}-{YYYY-MM}.csv. Eleven columns: business name, category, suburb, state, postcode, phone, address, place ID, rating, review count, and last verified. Nothing else. One row per business.

04

Sort, filter, and get on the phone

Sort by review_count descending — the highest-reviewed businesses with no website are the ones most likely to answer and most likely to convert. Every row has a business landline. No personal mobiles, no guesses. Call cafes between 3–5pm. Call accountants August to October. Avoid June.

Questions

Before you start

What exactly am I buying?
A CSV file of Australian businesses in a specific niche and region that have no website listed on their Google Places profile. Each row has eleven columns: business name, category, suburb, state, postcode, phone, address, Google Place ID, rating, review count, and last verified date. One row per business, ready to dial or import into your CRM.
Is this legal? What about the Privacy Act?
All data is sourced from Google Places — public business listings only. Privacy Act compliance is enforced at the scraper level, not promised at checkout. The scraper excludes personal mobile numbers, personal emails, and anything that looks like a personal profile. Sole practitioners listing only a mobile number are excluded by design. You get business landlines, full stop.
How fresh is the data? Could these businesses already have a site?
Packs refresh once a month. Yes — any business could have built a site between the last refresh and your call. That's the stale-data risk and it's disclosed on every product page. A quick Google of the business name before you dial is a cheap sanity check. The last_verified column tells you when the row was last checked. Old month files stay accessible so you can track which businesses picked up a website since the previous pack.
How does pricing work? What if the row count is lower than expected?
Each pack is tiered by row count — under 500 rows, 500–2,000 rows, or 2,000+ rows. Prices vary by niche: Tradies ACT starts at A$79, Cafes Melbourne at A$99, Salons Brisbane at A$89, and Accountants NSW at A$119 for the smallest tier. If the pack comes in below the tier you paid for, you get a full refund or credit within 7 days — email refunds@paddock.com.au with your order ID. You can also subscribe monthly so each fresh pack lands at no extra cost, or buy once for a single pull.
When do I get the file after I pay?
The CSV is delivered to your inbox within an hour of payment. Filename pattern: {niche-slug}-{YYYY-MM}.csv — for example, tradies-act-2025-07.csv. If you subscribe, the following month's file lands in your inbox automatically when it's refreshed.
Which packs are available right now?
Four packs at launch: Tradies ACT (150–400 rows), Cafes & Restaurants Melbourne (400–900 rows), Hair & Beauty Salons Brisbane (250–600 rows), and Accountants & Bookkeepers NSW (600–1,400 rows — the biggest pack in the catalogue). Coverage is patchy outside these regions for now. More niches and states will be added as the scraper expands.
I'm a booking-platform sales rep, not a web designer. Is this still useful?
Yes. The packs are used by booking-platform sales teams (Fresha, Mr Yum, Square Appointments), SEO consultants pitching GBP optimisation, and cold-call closers pitching website-in-a-day packages — not just web designers. If you're selling anything to small businesses that currently have no web presence, a shortlist of exactly those businesses is your starting point.
